Solution — Software Development

From custom ERP to mobile — systems that keep working long past the launch.

Internal software fails quietly. It ships, the team adapts around its gaps, and five years later it is the reason a process cannot change. We build custom systems the opposite way: modelled on how the work actually runs, documented, tested, and handed over so your own developers can extend it without calling us first.

(01) — What we do

Custom software

Systems shaped around a process no off-the-shelf product fits, scoped to replace the spreadsheet that is currently holding the company together.

Web application development

Fast, accessible applications with server-side rendering where it matters — for search, for shareable links and for the first paint on a mid-range phone.

Mobile app development

iOS and Android from one codebase where that is the right trade, native where performance or platform APIs demand it, released through your own store accounts.

ERP systems

Inventory, procurement, production and finance modules connected to one ledger, deployed in stages so the business keeps running through the change.

CRM systems

Pipeline, activity and reporting built around how your team actually sells, integrated with the mail, calendar and billing tools already in use.

HRMS & internal tooling

Attendance, leave, payroll inputs and approvals, plus the small internal tools that quietly remove hours from every week.

E-commerce platforms

Storefronts and headless builds with the catalogue, checkout and fulfilment integrations that decide conversion, including speed work on what exists today.

Integrations & APIs

Connecting systems that were never designed to meet, with idempotent jobs, retries and monitoring so a failed sync is visible before a customer finds it.

Maintenance & performance

Dependency and security upkeep, performance budgets and uptime work for software that has to keep earning after the project ends.

(02) — How it runs

01

Map the process

We sit with the people doing the work and document the real flow, including the exceptions and workarounds, because those are what a system usually gets wrong.

02

Build in vertical slices

One complete path at a time — screen, service, data, tests — so there is something usable to react to every fortnight rather than a demo at the end.

03

Migrate, train, hand over

Data migration rehearsed against production copies, staged rollout beside the old system, then documentation, training and source handed to your team.

What you hold at the end

  • Production system with source and documentation
  • Automated tests and CI/CD pipeline
  • Data migration from the systems it replaces
  • Role-based access and audit trails
  • Handover, training and a support window
(04) — Straight answers

Do we own the source code?

Yes, in full, in your repositories from the first commit — along with the infrastructure definitions, pipelines and documentation needed to run it without us.

How do you price a build?

Discovery is fixed price. Delivery runs as a monthly team cost against a scoped roadmap, which keeps change requests a conversation about priority rather than a contract negotiation.

Can you integrate with legacy systems?

Regularly. Where an API exists we use it; where one does not, we build an integration layer around exports, database replicas or file drops, and monitor it like any other service.
